Bun (on Bolshaya Gruzinskaya Street)

Editorial Opinion
Do not doubt: despite the emphatically proletarian name, this place leaves the aftertaste of an expensive, elegant, no-frills decorated restaurant.
Since the authors of Not Only Bears have set out to be friends with their readers, here's a big secret: We tasted the best coffee in Moscow at Bulka. It was a pistachio latte from the restaurant's main menu - delicate, light, barely sweet, retaining, unlike most nutty drinks, coffee notes and generously flavored with pistachio chips.
When you stop by for lunch, be sure to try the "Orzo, Parma and Porcini Mushrooms". Believe me, this is how you will experience pasta for the first time: soft but not boiled, almost dissolved in the sauce and delicately tinged with asparagus, in combination with parma and mushrooms it will unfold and sound completely unexpected.
For dessert lovers, we recommend getting to the delicate mousse at the heart of Rocher or paying attention to the buns - for 10 years, the bakers of the establishment have been looking for special proportions to create the perfect bread and pastry.
The dim light, quiet meditative music, and ingratiating voices of the waiters dispose to long, pleasant conversations. Bunka at Belorusskaya may not be the most interior-elite restaurant in the chain, but it is definitely one of the coziest.
Advantages: Perfect coffee, interesting gastronomic solutions, farm products to take away, pleasant atmosphere, convenient location.
Disadvantages: high average check.
